Incidentally, "Duck Quacks Don't Echo" did a test of a pint of beer and a pint of water for rehydration after a 10km event. Guess which one was better?

First 10k trail run around Llanberis coming up in a month! Walked it for a recce last weekend. Do you have any videos on power-walking? Needing to practice and develop techniques and strategies! Thanks!
