This is almost me - I'm not starting with 0 movement, as I do a sport twice a week that's rather cardio-heavy, but I haven't run in a year and now I'm 2 weeks into training, 4 weeks to go. I think it's going to hurt a bit, but I finished the 2nd week of training with a pretty good half marathon so it's not too grim either.

@3:53 - This is bad advice. Lookup spinal engine. You need to generate torque with the shoulders to generate most of the running power via the shoulder-hip counter rotation. Driving the arms forward in a straight line is wrong.

Spinal engine is what competent running coaches teach and it’s the form marathon finalists use.
