I am 67 and new to running working towards running 5K 3 times a week. I also walk, hike, go to the gym and aquafit. I have started to declare Sundays a total rest day (no exercise or housework). When you recommend rest days are specifically referring to running and if so does hiking/ walking fall into that category?

Lastly, if you run 3 times a week, when do you fit in hill training/repeats?

Thanking you in advance for your advice.

ps. I love, love, love your channel !!
