VLOG: WORKOUT W/ME + EASIEST DINNER RECIPE EVER | Stephanie Ledda

Workout with me at home (leg day!), a quick trip to home goods, + sharing one of my easy dinner recipes!
RECIPE:
Add 3 Chicken Breast seasoned with salt/pepper or seasoning salt to crockpot. Combine with 1/2 Jar of Salsa Verde. Cook high 2-3 hours or low 4-6. Shred chicken w/fork. Add 2 (approx) tablespoons of plain greek yogurt and few handfuls (about half a bag) of Mexican cheese blend. Stir+ let melt. Serve over rice/cauliflower rice.
