that onepoint where u said about rest in between the sets was the “BEST”. I’ve seen many trainers rushing their clients for the next set without even giving them enough time to rest inbetween the 2 sets. What u said is actually very appreciated and i hope every gym trainer sees this video.

-no activity outside of gym
-not resting enough for subsequent sets (compound exercise 5 6 minutes, isolation 3 4 minutes) in rest time walk around the gym to increase steps
-changing exercises every month
-taking too much attention on techniques/weights (with 80% max weight you can lift perfect your technique) (push yourself)
-sensation≠stimulas
(If you didn't feel the muscle dosen't mean it didn't got trained)

Time for food digestion
40 minutes for banana
60 90 minutes for moderate food
2 hours for heavy food

-follow a programme
-dont train traps forearms calves in the beginner phase, focus more on compound movements

I think lots of trainers in India don't have any experience.

I'm going to the gym since 2022 and my trainers always recommend me to change the exercises and workout plan and my goal is fat loss and let me tell even you stay in calories deficits and just walk 1-2 hours you will still lose fats. It all about knowledge and in time you will learn everything (just like mohit).

Really thankyou sir today was my push day when I went to the gym the exercise I did after warmup was flat bench press and the second was incline dumbbell press but in both of you them I didn't felt my chest included although I knew my technique was good and that's why I was not satisfied but thanks to you now I can actually be confident with what I'm doing.thank you very much 😊

Hello Mohit! i binged your Weight loss guide playlist and i just want to say, its game changer. For the first time in my life, i am taking count of my calories intake and maintaining a deficit, i start understanding those number on back of my food packet, i became nutrition conscious, I also learned that its important for me to include strength training in my workout along with cardio and for past 3 weeks i am doing it. But with time i realized its hard for me to do it because of time and energy factors as it takes me 2 hours almost to do strength training and 40 min cardio, and there's very less or no energy left for cardio after strength training. Just wanna ask if 3 day cardio 3 day Strength training is good for weight loss journey as i think it will fit with my schedule.

Hey mohit,
I am maintaining calorie deficit(around 600 deficit), avoiding sugar and completing 10k steps daily for past 3 months, but I cannot seem to lose weight, it stagnant. I have tried adding running to routine, but its not helping.

Should I prioritise strength training over cardio to lose fat?
Also, should I increase my protein intake in diet? (I am consuming around 70g daily)

Mistakes:
Adaptation.
Learning curve.

All exercises should be in same pace and efforts. So take rest between sets accordingly.

Stick to same exercises.

Techniques also experiment with weights.
Optimal technique waste so much time. Just push and grind.
Work in close proximity to muscle failure. No need to look prettier with technique.

Mind muscle sensation takes time like months.
So Learn to put it work.

Pre workout meal - 30-40 mins before.

Working on small muscles ( neck, forearms). Focus on big muscles and compound muscles.
