Some studies are saying that certain types of protein affect certain types of blood better than others. For example, im O- and it pairs well with milk protein.

I just started working out about 3 weeks ago and have better diet, but I started to struggle because I feel like I'm not doing enough exercise (although I work out 5 days a week), I don't see a lot of progress and I don't know how much should I eat, because I want to lose some weight and gain muscle at the same time. But this video motivated me again and I fell better knowing that if I stay consistent, one day I will get my dream results. Thank you for making great content ❤

First, I'd start with a high frequency full body workout. It gets you in shape so you can get super strong when you split your workouts.

Bro starting with 2-4 days is super underrated. Doing 6 days almost always ends up with burnout.
