2. following bro split
-> follow - push pull legs(6 days plan) train every muscle twice a week
3. ego lifting(high injury chances)
4. Exercise Technique
5. Not training hard enough
-> time under tension(time to complete a rep)
-> till failure
-> progressive overall
6. Overeating

I'm in my 3rd month of training in the gym. Haven't noticed much change in the first 2 months. I started resting for a day in between, and I am now starting to feel the change. Totally agree with all your points, bro. It's helping me.
