Good morning, evening and night Breath to Bridge family, and all others in the YWA community. How is your practice going?

This was a short one but worth it. I am not a runner, but I do walk a lot and often walk harder and quicker than I probably should, so this one is appreciated. Now I am going to try the video with Rey. I joined FWFG a month or so ago during Breath I think. Looking forward to the bonus videos.

I just started the video with Rey and it looks like a good one about practicing without bearing weight on the hands.

Edit: Just back from the video with Rey on FWFG (FEB.2021 Calendar) and he offers a lot of detail. Definitely a good tools video to return to. His dancing Shiva may come close to being a practice companion for Adriene's Knocking on Heavens Door. 😛

Bridge month for me with this short and sweet practise. I'm relieved that it is bite sized as I am feeling a bit of fatigue. I am still so happy that I have these practise with the community as my anchor. Namaste

Bridge Day 10: This was a good, quick practice for a day when you want to squeeze some yoga in but you don't have a lot of time. Adrienne got a lot in for 7 minutes! I'm not a runner anymore but the poses can benefit anyone.

Day 403: This is such a short amazing practice. Of course, I haven't been able to go out for a jog or even a walk, but I've been trying to find places within my home where I can do some brisk walking. But, even without that, these stretches are soothing and I know will take care of my joints, especially my right ankle. Thank you, Adriene! Namaste. ❤️

Bridge day 10!! My 102 day of yoga in a row!! I’m so proud of myself and my life has been changed for the better. I never thought I would be able to commit to something for this long and now I can’t imagine life without it!!

This is everyone’s reminder to be kind to themselves, if you got in a bit of a funk today and felt frustrated like you were doing everything all wrong, just have some kindness for yourself be warm and loving, maybe you won’t instantly feel it but it will make a world of difference later! Hope everyone enjoyed today’s bridge practice, lots of love 💕

Day 40. Glad so many are still here on this journey. I added some extra practise today as I enjoyed the 7 minute yoga for runners but felt able to carry on. Thanks Adriene for leading us on the journey

More often than not a little goes a long way, and today's practice was the perfect example of that! I have officially completed Day 40 of YWA in 2021 and I am 40% complete on my journey to reach 100 days of YWA! At this point though I am feeling like I might as well push my goal to 365 days!! YWA has become an integral part of my morning routine and I cannot imagine starting my day without it! Thank you for this short but sweet practice Adriene, see you on the mat tomorrow! 💜
