I can't explain how much yoga has helped me recently. For so long I have neglected myself in trying to fix other people's lives. For once I am being a little selfish and taking the time to begin healing and investing in myself.

Thank you for your videos, your commentary is so calm - it relaxes me and makes me feel tranquil.

Just a request - could you do a flexibility series please? I am struggling to get into some of the positions and it would be good to have a series of videos to follow to improve all-round body flexibility. I am doing daily stretching exercises to help me as well.

Adriene could you make one of these (or a series would be even better!) for those that are a little more bed-bound. I was doing Yoga Revolution for a while, and got quite sick again with anxiety and depression and can no longer get to the mat. If I could do some sort of stretches on my bed it would be incredible for my body and mental health, I think. Something to kick-start my digestion, improve my circulation, and soothe my anxiety!

I am loving this mini series! It really helps to motivate me to just do at least a small practice every day, rather than skipping yoga all together. Very simple, very elegant, very appropriate if you feel super busy!

Started my morning with day 2 of Move, did a Caroline Girvan workout and ended with this😍 even if I end up doing nothing for the rest of the day, an hour of working for myself is more than enough to make me feel like my day wasn't wasted

Thank you again, Adriene for helping me feel better. I am nearly 64 and have lots of arthritis but have avoided any major surgeries now that I "met" you. I've done the 30 days about 3-4 times and am nearly ready to start again.

I did this practice again after almost a year of daily yoga-- the first time I had done this was before I actually "met" Adriene, and I just searched for a workout cool-down... I remembered this because of her colorful leggings here haha! SO much has changed in my perspective about mind-body connection, about yoga, and about my relationship with my body since I last did this practice, and it's so nice to be able to recognize and cherish that <3
