Our GE dishwasher (model: GDT545PSJ5SS) stopped working for a second time where the button panel was showing no lights and would not respond. I fixed this last time by replacing the control board. This time it was the user interface that had failed.

The irony that you just made this video as I'm looking on how to replace the ui board only having this dishwasher for over a year and just now finding out this is the number 1 issue with GE

After watching this video and cost of the parts I decided to just replace mine with another brand dishwasher should it fail.
