Awesome video. It was just the help I needed. I have a gdt655sgjww which turns out is slightly different to take the door apart, but this got me far enough to figure it out. If you have the same model as me you need to remove the two T20 screws on either side of the door. The hinges do not come out. Then pop off the cover for the control panel on the top of the door starting from the outside. Then slide the door up toward the control panel to remove. Hope this helps.

How do you uninstall from cabinet if the dishwasher is secured by side clips and not screws on top into cabinet? Doesn’t show this and is common with granite countertops.

I was looking for instructions on how to replace the lower spray arm, but this video is not showing it. Other videos have a different spray arm mechanism. My spray arm model number is WD22X22857. Can you point me to the right video?

I came across this video while searching for one on the door disassembly for the model DDT595SSJ0SS Which has a slightly different design which is much more difficult to get apart as there are two T25 screws on each side that also have to be removed, and after all this, the door still won’t come apart. I will continue my search for a solution.
