Join me for a 10 minute BARRE ABS WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your core muscles. This is going to be an intense one! We'll be challenging our core muscles and mobility with ballet dancer inspired movements. There are no planks today so it is wrist friendly. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I am so glad I found you. Loving all your workouts. I am 50 years old and I am finding that my body does not like any longer the bootcamp style hard core conditioning type stuff. Hi @fitbymik! I have been a huge pilates/yoga fan for years. I had shoulder surgery in April and the sedentary life has been killing me! Your mat core with no planks has been a life saver! This is such a good workout! I hate flipping over for plank exercises (my wrists dislike it too) so this workout flew by! I started feeling the burn only a few minutes in. I love the barre ballet movements!
