This video shares 3 types of stretching or flexibility methods that you should be adding to your training. This video is inspired by Thomas Kurz book "Stretching Scientifically" which is a must-read for anyone into developing their range of motion. Although I have expanded the scope of the Dynamic Active section to be more encompassing, I believe that this system will enable most to apply simply to their training and make gains with flexibility.

Consistency is the key. 50 years old and worked desk jobs most of life. Started yoga 5 years ago and over time became more flexible. But recently I have increased the number of classes and flexibility is increasing quickly.

here, fixed the caption: just stretching will get you flexible. However, dynamic active, static active, overcoming iso are going to get you there faster.

Stretching is becoming a major game changer in Climbing. I was in a competition a few days ago and the only reason I didn’t finish the climb was because I couldn’t put my foot on the hold necessary to move and continue! What would you think are the best exercises for climbers?

Hiiii! I am new to your channel and just did your hip opening stretches from three weeks ago- wow!!! Love it! Look forward to doing this one tomorrow morning!!! Been perusing your channel and curious if you have a type of adductor/groin/psoas release/strength/ for overuse and injury / imbalance. And If you have a stretching routine for the WL.
