Here are some traditional tai chi techniques that you can practice at home with little space. Instead of memorizing long forms, you can practice the most "practical" moves daily! Let me know what else you'd like to learn...

This sequence had a great flow and tempo. It resulted in being much easier to follow than the irregular paced ones, and I was pleasantly surprised to see how much I was able to accomplish. Thank you for this wonderful tai chi video.

Love this demo.. it is very easy to follow. I find tai chi metaphorically winding the clock backwards or perhaps stopping time and just enjoying your "self" or existence.

Love this, as l am a beginner. Not in Martial arts but in tai chi. l need calmness in my life. I tried an American chaps video just before this one. It was a very loud and aggressive presentation. I don't want to go into combat just to search for inner calm.. I love this. Now l need to learn the moves properly.

I remember how energizing tai chi felt when I practiced it in my thirties then stuppidly discarded in for more what I thought were practical fighting arts

Now thirty years layer I find myself coming back and realizing the joy of movement tai chi brings and how you can feel its affects in a very short period.
If I could go back in time and talk to my thirty year old self I'd really tear him a new one for stopping practicing
