200curd :- 20 = 22gprotein
100 kala chana :- 7 rs= 23g protein
200 buna chana mixes m piss lena :- 20rs= 40g protein

200 gm wheat(6 roti) =30gm
200gm curd= 8gm
70gm lentil= 14gm

Meal 2
40gm oats(300ml milk) = 12gm
100gm chana = 20gm
40 gm peanut+40gm cashew= 17gm

Total protein 52+49 =101gm(high fiber, calcium, no SOY, under 2000 calorie under 200rs)

As a 14 year old vegetarian athlete ( cricket ) who also workout regularly and have a pretty good muscle mass
This has been my diet for the past year
100g oats -12g protien
280g boiled kala chana - 27g protien
Homemade dal ( with chapati )- 6 to 7 g protien
500ml curd - 25g protien
500ml buffalo milk- 20g protien
1 scoop whey protien - 24 g protien
25gsoya chunks - 12g protien
Total- 137g protien
This usually adds up around 2900 cals which is around my maintainance calories

1 scoop whey 28g
5 whole eggs 30g
1.5 ltr cow milk 45g
Total 103g protein
Reason why i dont eat soya beans and daal as protein sources bc I can't eat them i do eat them for more than 3 months but didn't see good results but when i shifted to whole eggs then boom boom, i gain muscles faster than before recovery fast and gut is also good
