Ingredients :

1. 1 cup coconut milk ( Alternatives : Soy milk, cashew milk, regular milk for dairy based cheese sauce)
2. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
3. 2 tablespoons corn flour
4. A pinch of garlic powder
5. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
6. salt

NOTE: Add any other seasonings as per your preference.

WHAT IS NUTRITIONAL YEAST ?

Nutritional yeast is a vegan food product with a cheesy, nutty or savory flavor.
The one I used gives a cheesy & nutty flavor to the sauce.
It is naturally low in sodium and calories, as well as fat-free, sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan.
Nutritional yeast is sold as flakes, granules or powder.
