What are the Signs and Symptoms of Vitamin B5 Deficiency?
Vitamin B5 - AKA pantothenate or pantothenic acid is a water soluble vitamin that is essential for human function.
vitamin B5 deficiency is a common cause of irritable bowel like symptoms. In addition, a lack of this nutrient can cause reduced immune function, adrenal burnout, fatigue, headache, and neuropathy (burning pain in feet).

Vitamin B5 fuels the adrenal glands and aids in the production of cortisol. Cortisol is the body's natural hormone designed to regulate sleep, blood sugar, and inflammation.

Vitamin B5 is needed to generate energy and produce the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.

Symptoms of vitamin B5 deficiency include:
Headaches, chronic pain, increased allergies, acne, premature graying of the hair, fatigue, and inability to cope with stress.

Does B5 deficiency go hand in hand with B12 deficiency? Especially if you don’t get outside much?? Will B5 help with a spine cord injury and the pain that’s associated with spine cord injury in the nerves throughout the body??

And there’s a connection with low potassium too. High cortisol depletes potassium and supplementing with B5 has corrected my potassium
