Hi Fantano, pretty decent form and bracing but am a little worried about your feet position. Maybe a forward position of the toe can allow for more foot pressure and overall stability. Then you can make more adjustments to mid foot or variation to build my the muscles. Simple rule to keep is slow decent and fast ascent to strengthen your hamstrings and increase explosiveness of your quad.

I think if you lower your volume you can hit a much higher max. I understand the desire to warm up but 7 sets is overkill.

if you struggle with ankle mobility it’s perfectly normal to put a plate or a board of sorts beneath your heels to really get some good depth that isn’t limited by your ankles. also the form is lookin really nice. keep up the good work king. i give these squats a strong 9

So awesome man! If you struggle with mobility try squat shoes! Dont need an expensive pair just any pair with an arch on the hell to elevate you! Makes it much easier and so much less stress on your ankles! Really helped me a ton!

Your knees are caving in. Stop lifting heavy and fix that issue by squatting lighter

Recommend a couple things for improved squat.

Dead bugs for neutral spine (you have a mad butt wink)
Banded Abduction for Glute activation (your knees cave in)
Couch stretch (Tight hip flexors pull your chest towards your knees when you push upward)
Calf stretches (allow you to drop deeper in squat for less strain on lower back)

Damn! Impressive depth/ breaking parallel, careful with the weight shifting in your feet. Try to keep your balance with the weight sitting in your heels not on your toes. Can’t wait to see you climb and get that PR 🎉🎉🎉

As you get heavier you might want to get a lifting belt. It helps keeps your back straight and it will allow you to focus more on your legs. Great lifts man
