Hey everyone, I took this advice 4 weeks ago and let me just say it WORKS. Over the course of fasting and keto/carnivore for 3 months, I lost 50 lbs. Then, I plateaued super hard. I stayed with in the same 4 pounds for three straight weeks, even by cutting calories and exercising. I decided to take a break and begin consuming low-glycemic carbs over 6 small meals a day. Maintained the same weight throughout that for 2 weeks. I went back to keto over the last two weeks and lost 15 more lbs. Incredible. THANK YOU THOMAS!

This sounds EXACTLY like what I've been dealing with. Massive long term stall, NOTHING is moving it, feeling strength gains go and stagnate, tired, etc...

I have lost over 51lbs this year on a strict ketogenic diet (i get most of my tips from this channel), and i have about 14-18lbs left to go before i'm at 10% bodyfat and then i'm done with the fat-loss part. But i hit a serious plateau about two months ago and tried tweaking all kinds of solutions but nothing worked... so i figured i'll try increasing the MEAT and Fat and thus: My total calories intake. And guess wtf happened?... i'm back on track!
But Christmas is upon us and i have bitterly accepted that i will not stand against the traditional christmas food, so i will eat "freely" up until December the 31st. Then it's time for hardcore Keto again. Soo looking forward to get these holidays over with.

Next year, i will reach my goal.
Can barley wait to go shopping for all them new slick clothes omg!

This resonates a lot with me.
I have been very strict recently about what I eat but sometimes when I visit my parents I just eat what they make and it sometimes does have some potatoes and other things I dont eat when I am on my own at home.
I think the key is to not overstress and overdo things and just live your life knowing you are for the most part always eating healthy.

Amazing video, needed this right now, I’ve lost 50 lbs in last 15 months and needing to change things up to lose last 20 lbs. this is my lifestyle now, not a diet. And between IF and good nutrition, this is going in my tool belt. And perfect time because I can maintain my weight over the Holidays! Thank you so much!

Hey Thomas, I wanted you to know you have inspired me in a great way. I'm down 33 lbs from 373lbs to 340 as of today thanks to following your videos. My family and friends and even coming to me to ask me what the trick is. My body is feeling amazing like it never has! All my inflammation is gone! It's my birthday tomorrow and with Christmas next weekend I'm trying to decide if I should have a week off to try and reset or stay the path. I haven't really hit a a wall but if I can enjoy the holidays that would be cool? I'm very undecide. I'm worried about the effects if leaving keto. I still am fast either way while shifting my eating windows. I started the first week in November and haven't stopped.. Either way, I want you to know you are helping people like me who never thought weight loss like this was real. It's real. This is only the beginning. I hope to share more with you as I go along. This video couldn't have come at better time for me! Been dieting hard for the past month with great success (down 23.6lbs!) but things are slowing down and I just feel done...tired, crabby, just DONE! Going to listen to my body AND Thomas...time to enjoy some time in maintainance 😁.

HOW!?!?! Tis is exactly the info I’ve been looking I’ve been keto 4 years next month. Lost almost 80 pounds and I was 58 year old woman! (Still a woman.) I went waaay off the wagon for three weeks last summer, and got right back on beginning September. Tracking macros. Walking 7+ kilometers per day, two different fasting regimes per week, , everything I did that lost the weight initially but instead of losing, I’M GAINING slowly... I’m terrified!
I’m now 60, that’s gotta be something, but gain it THREE MONTHS RUNNING??? I’m afraid I might have “Jimmy Mooreitis”. He never figured it out either. Even with the help of every renown expert... I am so afraid..
So I will follow this two week break and pray!!
