DOMS is completely normal, and it’s how we build stronger muscles. There are some things you can do to help makes sure the muscles heal properly and don’t cause problems later.

One great way to relieve sore muscles is using massage with vibration. The folks at Massage Therapy Concepts sent me their Cordless Handheld Massager. I did one of those booty workouts on youtube 😭😭. I did it 5 times in a row and I was tired. Today when I woke up, my back and thighs were killing me EVERYTIME i used them. 💀

So I'm 10 years old and i kept excersing my whole life yes I was born very weak but now these days my muscles started hurting a lot and it kept going on so I stopped excersing for a while now and started eating salad, meat, fruits and vegetables and that helped me a lot and always remember to drink water and love yourself 💜🤩
