I sort of crave DOMS after I havent had it for a while. Maybe not everyone will understand but it gives me a sense of satisfaction that i worked my ass off.

Simple ways to recovery!
-Protein carb meal approx 30 mins after workout.
-foam role down
-stretches
-chocolate milk(protein shake w/simple sugars
-hot into cold shower
-15 min walk
-swim in pool/sea
-compression tights
-8+ hour sleep
