These 5 standing glute exercises will strengthen your butt muscles, enabling you to stay mobile and prevent falls. An added plus is that your booty will look great!

This 10 minute workout can be done without any equipment. Use a sturdy chair, wall, or countertop/table for stability. For the last two exercises, you can add resistance with a mini band.

11/22/23. Tracy here. I have been exercising with you two beautiful women about 3 months now. I don't comment often, want you to know how helpful each video has helped me. I feel stronger and notice I am toning in my stomach, slowly but surely. I have been participating in a different video each day, I do 2 if the sessions are 10 minutes so I get at least 30 minutes a time. I also have improved my posture. I've done your 7 day challenge and New Years challenge. I enjoyed all of them and am working to complete each one. I am 63 years old and live in upper Michigan, we are known as uppers. I had both knees replaced and didn't think I could exercise anymore to tone up, or improved my balance. I was wrong.I am so thankful I came across your channel on YouTube. I enjoy your relationship and how you make me laugh. I don't care for hot dogs, 😂 but do like walking on the beach or toward a mountain. I am an early riser so I exercise shortly after rising. Hi. I have many similar videos pop up on youtube however credit to you and mum as I feels your teaching demonstrations are dobe with due care and attention not overwhelming and always taught with preventing injury.

Thank you so much for this quick workout. I always feel amazing and energised after any of your workouts. The short ones, I prefer to do right before work or in the afternoon, to get powered up again. The fact, that you can do them anywhere, anytime makes it more attractive. Visit a friend's home and suggest doing them together, they'll love it❤️
