That's what I started doing. I made chicken breasts today cut them up and seasoned them added a parmesan sauce then instead of a starchy side dishes like potato rice or pasta I made green beans with seasoning and bacon bits and some cauliflower instead and I was so full especially from the green beans they are a favorite of mine the canned no salt ones.
