Ever since i learned this tip from you weeks ago, i found that for guys like me who dont enjoy eating regular fresh fruit, eating the frozen version of them is a game changer. Frozen raspberries are like candy and frozen fruits stay fresh for wayyyy longer. 👍

One of my favourites is Carrots and"kräuter quark" or herbal quark in english. But since I realize that quark is quite rare in the US especially, try combining sliced carrot and sour cream or tzatziki instead. Absolutely great imo.

Solid advice.
However a few points of expansion.
The yogurt is a good recommendation but make sure it doesn't have added sugar, they LOVE adding sugar to yogurt for no reason.

Similarly beef jerky can also be loaded with extra sugar, which is even dumber than the yogurt. However it is easy to find ones with zero sugar or maybe 1g if it has a more intense flavor.

Not rlly a snack but i recommend black coffee, so black that when you look at it, it looks back at you, if you have the low calorie sugar/replacement use them, if coffee isn't your thing then try black tea without milk

Hey handsome 😍 I love my protein shake for breakfast or lunch. My go to fruit is definitely strawberries! And I buy that exact brand of salad. The cabbage is soooo darn good!

I eat celery sticks and cottage cheese for one of my breaks. I also have some almonds during my other break. Boring, but effective.

I’m type one diabetic and watermelon would not be on my list. You know why? Because I would have to inject myself! The berries are diabetic friendly though
