For Slow bowel. Magnesium citrate. Ask Dr how much you need. Vitamin D3 needed to absorb medications better. Enough vitamin C to keep immune system working efficiently
500 daily. And 2000 over 3-4 doses 3 days when a cold flu or virus takes hold
Vitamin E to keep skin soft

Vitamin D3 and E are fat dabsorbed So you can take when eating eggs and bacon
Or a Tablespoon of olive oil
Coconut or Avacado oil

@Petra - Can you tell me which Magnesium you take and what time of day you take it??? There are so many different types of Magnesium and I find myself desperately wanting to go to sleep if I take it during the day. I love your videos and how you are changing people's lives!
