👉🏼PRO TIP: It might sound silly, but portioning out my supplements ahead of time was a GAME-CHANGER for me when it comes to taking my supplements consistently. I do this every Sunday evening to set myself up for the week! I’ll link my pill organizer in stories if you’re interested!

Should add magnesium For nighttime. I take every night. Helps with joints and fatigue.

Eat sauerkraut & giardiniera veggies specially the ones with cauliflower, and you won’t be needing to take stool softener, they cause dehydration…..it works 👍👍👍👍👍

raw cashews is a great natural laxative and it tastes great. I take fish oil, vit d3, and k2!

Very similar, except for poo softener. I have instead all the poisons for RA and Iron and Vit.C for never ending anemia. But yep, very similar
