👉🏼PRO TIP: It might sound silly, but portioning out my supplements ahead of time was a GAME-CHANGER for me when it comes to taking my supplements consistently. I do this every Sunday evening to set myself up for the week! I’ll link my pill organizer in stories if you’re interested!
