30o degrees max for upper chest…

Anything higher is inefficient.

Depends on your anatomy and how much you arch your back. Just because certains angles work for this guy doesn't mean it will hit the same muscles for you. Everyone's anatomy is different

Even when I do flat bench press I have soreness not only in chest but in fromt delts, so any press works shoulders
