For anyone saying the second variation is wrong doesn’t know what a guillotine incline press is. It focus more on your upper chest, and isn’t designed to be a heavy workout more of a slow control mind muscle connection

In case anyone can’t tell which one is incorrect, the bar is too high and over the neck on the second one. Keep the bar over the chest and stay safe out there. 👋🏼

Incline is not supposed to be in line with nipples..its supposed to be higher. It's not like a flat bench. Incline is for shoulders and pecs, provided you have the shoulder mobility. If not, just flat bench or use considerably lighter weight.

FYI, second has his arms too wide which could potentially hurt the shoulder and have less to none work on the chest while first one is at 45 degree which is a perfect angle for chest press

15 degrees hits incline better than 30 for heavier weight but 30 is fine if you are disciplined with your form

Bro, you did one mistake twice, don't do paralel arms. It can be used during competitive, but it slowly injures your shoulder joints. It does more load to your chest but it can turn into serious trauma in years

Arms can come in more in the first one too. I like the hard hitting right in the middle of the chest at the nipple line. More taxing on the triceps but I have zero shoulder pain.

He also has excessive back arch for the incline bench. He's effectively turning it into a flat bench.

Closer to the clavicle is the correct way . Never push forward but slightly back. THAT is the correct way to bias the pec minor
