That’s one thing I used to badly and still have trouble with, but less so now and I somehow made myself think my self worth was less so compared to an attractive girl.why do we do this they are just human beings same as men. If we can get over approach anxiety then you just realize it’s something to grind at and get better at and then you can just play the numbers game.
