Thats the truest thing ever! I think alot of that has to do with insecurity and the fear of someone not liking us so we chase after approval. It`s definetly egodriven and once you become aware of this you can actually step back and just feel how the dynamic feels and as he says in the video, feel if there are a connection there or not. 🤗

It has been the opposite for me. In friendships, relationships, acquaintances, I always see if this person is good for me, do I like their energy, do I feel safe with them, am I comfortable in their presence. If no, they're gone. If yes, I welcome them to level one of getting to know me.
