Nobody, I mean nobody in my life recognizes how much of a struggle it is to gain weight. I really hate how skinny I am, nothing fits me right, I don’t feel confident in any outfit really. I already drink a thousand extra calories in Boost a day on top of eating normally. I really don’t feel like I’m not eating enough. I know part of my problem is I really despise cooking, it’s what makes it difficult to maintain on this weight gaining journey for me. I guess I just haven’t put in the commitment and dedication to doing what works for a long enough period to see results. I am still trying to get there though. I do have the medication you mentioned, it’s called cyprohepatadine in America. I haven’t been successful at taking it regularly yet though. Anyways, I’m rambling but I just wanted to thank you for sharing your journey. It helps to see I’m not alone. And yes, I feel you girl. I just want a bum too! Lol

Honestly this weight loss is killing me . I was my happiest when I was thick and over stress from an ex I went from 180-125 . I really hope this works for me so I can be happy again

Protein and workout! Trust you will gain weight…muscle weight especially but have to be consistent 😊 a lot of protein that’s the secret ladies👌🏾

Being skinny without hips or a big chest is a curse as a woman... I would much rather be skinny with some shape atleast. I be feeling like one of the guys🤣 im 25 nd still waiting on my grown women body.. not sure if it'll ever come at this point, lol

Cipla Actin changed my life😍 I used to have a looow self esteem because I was too skinny. Long story short, I went from size 26 and currently at 34 I haven't bought them for about six months now and im not really loosing weight 😌

Those ciplas made me sleepy everytime I took them but only the second week I took them and I wasn’t eating healthy or keeping track of my journey and now I feel I’ve lost weight again since I’ve stopped taking the pills last year and I never know what to eat to target certain places so this video is honestly so helpful and pure I can relate more ❤️

I used cipla actin early last year for 2 months but only used vitamin B for a month . I went from size 32 to 36 .When I stopped using it I lost all the weight 😭 . But rn I’m on size 34 with no pill😊
