thank you man. everywhere i go people just keep asking me, “ why are you so skinny? do you not eat enough?” and everytime i i hear that i just wanna give them a punch in the face. it’s just so annoying. truth is i eat a lot everyday but i don’t seem to put on weight. everyone thinks that being skinny is good but it’s not. it’s not appealing to me. thanks for this video!😊

edit: thank you for caring guys!😁 i’ve been doing some workouts lately and been eating healthier. i would be lying if i said i haven’t gained any weight:). i’ve gained about 3kg so far and i’m really proud of myself even though i know it’s not much. i have definitely gained more muscle mass too😊

after four months of working out and balancing my diet: I HAVE FINALLY REACHED MY GOAL! 50KG!!! i will not EVER stop here and i will continue working hard. less video games and social media! next goal: 55kg

I’m 21, 5’9”, 125lbs. I’ve been skinny my entire life, and have tried to gain wait a few times before, I stick at it for a few months, see no results and give up. I’ve never tried calisthenics, maybe I will. Thanks for the video! God bless.

This was very informational, and you covered a lot of my questions. I’ve been “underweight” for most of my adult life, so it’s good to hear that it’s actually possible to gain weight in a healthy way. You just have to be patient and keep at it. I’ll give a intermittent fasting a try too. Thank you Hampton for what you do! You are the man!

I almost didn’t make it into the military because of my weight! I was 5lbs under the weight, so not too much, but I’ve always been very light. This was a very nice video :)

This was a great video to see since I've been struggling to gain weight for a long time with a fast metabolism. Being 6'2" and stuck at 125 lbs for almost 10 years hasn't been much of a confidence builder, so this video was a great help at getting tips for me to hopefully finally gain some weight.
