Give this lower body dumbbell workout a try

40 seconds work | 20 seconds rest
10 moves x 2 rounds

DB squats (DBs low)
DB reverse lunges
RDLs
DB front squats
Lateral DB lunges (20s each leg)
Single arm DB seing (20s each arm)
Sumo goblet squats
Single leg glue bridge (20s each leg)
Suitcase lift (20s each side)
DB clean and squat (20s each side)

Excellent workout, Joe. Legs have a pump, breathing hard, heart thumping. I increased the weight on the second round and that pushed me better. Thank you.
