Welcome to our soothing Qigong practice designed to help you find inner peace, alleviate stress, and radiate positivity. Join me, Jeffrey Chand Qigong instructor, in this gentle routine that encourages a profound sense of calmness, allowing you to embrace tranquility and share it with the world around you.

In this session, we will practice three simple Qigong exercises to release tension, anxiety, and overthinking. By the end of this routine, you'll feel grounded, clear-minded, and connected to a deep sense of peacefulness.

Whether you're standing or sitting, you can follow and just do what you can. Each exercise focuses on intentional breathing, gentle movements, cultivating a peaceful mindset, and smooth harmonious Qi.
