I do 8-10 easy miles every morning driving to work. In the evening 1-2 difficult miles i call running after a metcon.

The amount of "protein powder" this guy needs to be taking for recovery and injury prevention/recovery must be off the charts.

I had a lot of knee injuries over the past two years that really got me out of shape and put some weight on me. Three months ago I started running almost every day and I already see a huge difference in my stamina from only being able to run-walk two or three miles to being able to straight run 3 and sometime 4 miles, depending on how I fuel my run. I’ve already lost 22 pounds and am feeling great. Highly reccomend running

Probably takes quite the supplement stack to recover👍🏼

what people who have jobs?
Like none of this is doable if you have a job, kids, responsibilities, ect,
1 workout a day 40 minutes is all most people can even do. These influencers this is there full time job. So it’s great, go wake up run 10 miles, eat and than go to the gym for another work out, and than sauna and ice bath, these people don’t realize that most people actually work real actual jobs and have a life, I work out consistently for many years, but only 40 minutes to an hour max everyday, because life is a balance, there is many other things that are equally as important, prayer, kids, wife, job, ect

Silly me, can’t forget those 10 *EASY* miles 😊

Edit: Marathon runner here. We know he’s talking about running 10 miles at an easy pace. No one’s missing the point it’s a joke, just funny to say it’s easy.

Awesome split! I would like to know how this translates to approximate time blocks. This way the 9 - 5 family man can get a sense of how much time to block in training around other commitments. Also, is your Hyrox Circuit setup built at home or at a gym? This would factor into the timing for travel to/from the gym location. Thanks!

It would be quite tough with a full time job and also doing household chores/cleaning .
