This routine targets all areas of your back, to give burn fat and give you a toned and sculpted look!

This week, we are targetting the back area. All these exercises included in this routine will focus on the upper, mid and lower back, to give you that toned and sculpted look.

No equipment needed, just you and a matt!

Here are the moves:

- Burpee
- Superman
- Snow Angel
- Swimmers
- Walk Out Plank
- Chair Arm Pull Downs

If you are needing to lose weight, then be sure to combine with a balanced, healthy diet, for best results. Let me know in the comments below what you thought, and what was your hardest and easiest move?

i took a before picture (i’m doing this for two weeks) and yesterday was my 5th day doing this. i already see results. i started crying when i compared my before photos to my now photos (not quite done yet). but keep in my mind, if you are planning on doing this workout you have to put your all into it. meaning, add some of her other workouts into it, and try to eat as healthy as possible. i added her flat stomach workout and her muffin top workout. i am so thankful i found holly, and if you really try you will be too!

I started doing this yesterday. I decided to do this for 30 days straight and see what happens!

Day 1: completed.
Day 2: completed. Feeling really sore! But that’s a good thing.
Day 3: skipped 😭
Day 4: I was able to do the entire first set with no breaks during the exercise!
Day 5: did this after a run. Only took 2 breaks on first set, and didn’t a 5 minute break between sets like I usually do.
Day 6: completed. I can tell a huge difference in the past 6 days. I take substantially less breaks.

The swimmer is so hard ! I feel like my back and my face are on fire, make me want to cry! I add this workout to my BACK routine and do it at least twice a week.Love it! At first I could not finish the swimmer in the second round without a brief break.As i got stronger i could do more than 45 seconds now.GREAT video! thank you so much! I wish you could do more back workout videos !

This is a great work out, I was sWEATING so much by the end of it. Got my heart and lungs problems so I couldn’t really do the first exercise, but overall I felt great after doing this. Needa keep working on my back muscles to help my scoliosis and certainly will keep going. Thank you so much for this video!

I hate burpee, usually I skip it..but today I made it.. I follow all the workouts.. I sweat alots.. and some of the comments below really motivate me more.. Many thanks fot the workouts and motivations..GBU all, have a nice day😊

I don't understand why she doesn't have a million subscribers if it's so good! I've seen other youtubers and their exercises videos don't work 4 me, but as soon as I do some of your routines I feel the changes!

Absolutely wonderful video! We call the workout where you go from standing and walk your hands out to plank is called "inch-worm" where I'm from, but obviously you can't know every colloquial term for a exercise. This really helped me!
