YES!! Always training with you....and not too scruffy looking after this one but can't usually say that after one of your 30 min power yogas! Definitely having a good time...not sure if you were referencing Queen there but love that song! Thanks Sean!!

Yes scruffy, yes did it. I should have done some stretching warm up first. Rolling was not enough. Good stuff. I needed a quickly and you didn’t disappoint. My wife says navy and black is bad... makes one look like a bruise... HA. Love the content!

Yes I am training with you. I think the adorable Addie was the scruffy looking one but that's what makes her so adorable. Loved the way she just sat next to you as you did your workout. Trying to get my cat to do the same, it was almost the case until I started doing seated twists and then he went for my hands 😂.

So completed two of three of your Pilates series, now onto the last one.
