🤸🏼‍♀️ A 30 min. workout that combines mobility & strength via loaded mobility exercises & bodyweight variations. The workout includes: movement prep (warm up), shoulder circuit, spine circuit, hip circuit & decompression (cool down).
🎯 Target Areas: full body (all major joints prioritising shoulders, spine, hips)
💭 How To Use: this is its own workout! (if done in combination with other strength training, do it after)
🔧 Equipment: 1-2 DBs or KBs (you can get away with using just one weight!; I used 8kg and 10kg)
