I have ached in my inner hips for a few years and tried several different things with mediocre results. I did this series of exercises 2 days ago. Although I only made it to 20 minutes, later that evening I noticed I FELT GREAT!. Everything felt really good, especially the inner hip joints. No pain at all yesterday, a wee bit of discomfort today. I did my beginner calisthenics workout and then made it, so far, to 22:16. No pain, just a bit fatigued from the calisthenics workout AND this workout. This is a strenuous workout all by itself. Thank you so much for the pain relief. I'm 73, and figured I was doomed to be in pain. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This felt so good from beginning to end! You owned it! We do a lot of these movements as kids and forget about them as adults. Super beneficial!

I usually don't leave comments. But I have to leave comment for your videos and let people know how awesome it is. I have T-spine/Scoliosis, and yesterday was the first time I tried your work out, it really helped me a lot. because I woke up with pain on the left neck & shoulder, and pain when I turned my head to the left as well. After finishing your workout, the pain was almost gone. and not only that, due to the long turn scoliosis for over 25 years, I'm now 42 years old, but I was diagnosed for having T-spine/scoliosis (S-shape spine with rotation) when I was 20 years old, and the x-ray shows the curve was over 45degree, but the doctor said it must already happen when I was young because my appearance doesnt' look that bad comparing to other people who have serious scoliosis. but my upper back, left front chest are always pop up. the my uterus is not even, my left side doesn't have waist curve, and when I sit, my left butt always feel a bone is pop out. when I sleep, especially this year, things got worse, I sometimes feel difficult to breath when I lay flat on the bed due to my rotate chest. and it it's also affect my left eye vision and left face/head/arms get numb sometimes if I feel my shoulder/neck is hard (due to the scoliosis that makes me have extra bone on my neck area after MRI scan). But after the workout, my right arm can also moving backward to touch my left shoulder blade with a bit soreness on the upper right arm (I could only touch around the armpit area with pain on the right upper arm before your workout) and when I sit on the chair, but left butt's bone feel much less pop out and feeling butt is more even sitting. I wanna thank you so much for designing these programs and I def would like to practice them as often as possible for maintaining long-term mobility and improve the comfort with my life.

Did this for today’s active rest and loved it. It was fun yet challenging and the time flew by. I am really enjoying all the various styles of mobility.

I started with your friend today. was 30 mins.
I just let it play right through while getting a deep spine and hip stretch and strengthening today, and yours came up and played right through!
love it!

Where have you been my whole life? I love your routines! It seems impossible to find good AF routines you can learn from and build on. They're easy to follow and effective! I especially like the free exploration period where we get to string some animal flow moves together and really get better (plus get the heart rate up).
