Andy, what you said makes total sense and I appreciate it, but I cannot stand the fact that I couldn't pass the final interview by my fault, because I knew the other candidates and that I was one of the strongest.
I studied a lot and with your help was able to reach the final interview for a dream company, but the interview was a panel with 6 managers (some very cocky) and I couldn't deal with the pressure of 100% behaviour questions and fell apart, gave replies that were different from what I practiced and so on.
I will stand up again one day, appreciate the help, you are an angel in many people lives.

It was my dream job i felt so good after the interview 😢 I answered everything correctly, I made them laugh, I would have been so good at it! When I got rejected I was so confused but now after watching this I am crying. I couldn’t cry all day 😭😭😭

It's not that I doubt myself or think it's the job of my dreams. It's just frustrating that I thought I had finally landed something, but now I'm back to square one, applying to countless jobs and dealing with three-or-more rounds of absurd interviews.

Hang in there my friend. You are correct and have likely heard me say this many times… when job interviewing, the most qualified candidate doesn’t automatically get the job. It’s the one who tells the best stories and shows their value and alignment with what the employer is looking for.

You might have been a better candidate in reality, but interviewing is about perception and interpretation, and the way the other candidate whoever got hired connected the dots for them.

Work on your storytelling, and it’ll happen for you. Lots of luck and I’m here to support you!

I just need a job to keep my home so I have a place to dream 😪 The rejection is fantastically damaging and rarely is there an opportunity to follow up with an actual human.

Just got rejected from a position I really wanted. I was initially offered it verbally but then the next day they were asking me to apply to a different position. Honestly I’ve never been good at dealing with rejection in general. It’s not that I get angry but I can’t help but take it personally and then I get sad. Although I know it’s nothing personal. I have ADHD and RSD so that’s probably why but despite this I know I’ll get over it eventually. But it sucks a lot when it happens. At this point, the constant job interviews and rejections are wearing on me. I’m glad I came across this video though. ❤ thanks for the encouragement

Thanks for this! I've been behind on self development in my life due to a lot of family hurdles! I'm 30 now, and it seemed liked every time a door closed or never opened to start that journey I've remained in the same place, and I don't ever want to be stagnant in Life! I pick jobs where I feel there's Growth, be even more so towards my future aspirations. Now, I don't get as frustrated because I know God knows Best, and He Knows what I strive for! " if it's for me it'll never miss me, if it isn't for me it'll pass on by". I try to remember this even now while preparing for a 3 part interview at an Investment company! 1st interview is tomorrow!
