30 Minute Upper Body Circuit Workout + Bonus 10 MIN ARM BURNOUT

Today's workout is a 30 minute upper body workout using dumbbells with a little core work thrown there too. There is a bonus 10 minutes burnout at the end you are welcome to join me or simply end your workout at the 30 minute mark.

This is a great way to build strength in your upper body. Muscle speeds up your metabolism, so make sure to add in resistance training.
The workout consists of 3 circuits. We will complete each circuit 2 times through without rest, then rest for 1 minute and continue on to the next circuit. No worries I will be right there with you throughout the whole workout.
All you need is a set or two of dumbbells and an option chair or couch. I am using 10-15 pounds. Form is most important so don't be afraid to drop down in weight.
I promise you will feel strong and empower after you finish.
Simply get up and move. I hope you like it. Enjoy!
