My favorite part is how the instructor was groaning and taking little breaks during the routines. It made me feel less bad about doing the exact same thing haha.

When I tried this workout a year ago I had to quit at the water break and finish the next day. A year later I'm doing it while holding 13 lbs of weights. It still manages to make me sore the next day. My glutes are so amazing I've had to buy my pajama pants a size up. Thanks Kelly!

1 month ago I literally had no butt, it was flat and I could feel my bones when I was sitting. now I have a good butt, it isn’t super big cuz I’ve been doing it for 1 month but it’s really better and lifted. Thank u ❤️❤️ gonna continue this.

Guys I have been doing this for 2 weeks now and the results are AMAZING It's really difficult at the beginning but it's worth the pain!
I would definitely recommend to anyone who's trying to get their booty in shape✔✔✔

I remember when I did this workout for the first time 1 year ago, and was *hard*, I couldn't keep up with her and took tons of breaks.
Between following this channel, fit apps and other channels, I'm back because here is the best one, and *today* I don't struggled even a bit, I was able to continue the squat pulses without stopping, and I'm so happy!

I think the jump squats and the second half of the video near killed my legs. I thought oh 20 mins no problem.. boy was I wrong haha
