Also, a technique I’ve found that helps me relax and sleep is simply staying in the moment and telling myself not to worry and hyper focus on anything concerning the past or future. I tell myself that in the current moment, all that matters is right now, and when those anxious or obsessive thoughts start appearing again I just think “Oop- there that thought is again. It’s time to turn my brain off and focus on just relaxing and getting sleep.”, as many times as I need to until they eventually dissipate and I finally start drifting off. So many therapists and counselors will tell you this practice is so important and it’s so true. I hope this can help everyone ❤

This couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m dealing with some serious postpartum blues…being a new mom is amazing, but this is a darkness like I’ve never quite experienced before.

Michael Sealey’s meditations have helped me get through EVERYTHING—I don’t doubt he will also guide me through this next chapter of challenges.

So excited for this tonight! I keep coming back to YouTube for your videos they're the only thing to help me. I got neuropsychology testing done and had embarrassingly low scores and processing speeds. Really bad ADHD and it all makes sense now as to why my brain never shuts down. You've been a huge help esspecially during some hard times. When I just wamted to unwind & sleep.
I remember, I used this to keep my mind at ease during some of these more difficult periods of my childhood.
I cant even begin to fathom how much of an impact all of these have made on me, not only as a person.
But also my brain chemistry aswell.

I’ve been listening to your hypnosis before I go to bed and when I say it literally calms my mind down. It does, it helps shut my mind off and I fall asleep. And this one is definitely needed for tonight. I’ve been so stressed out and dealing with a lot of anxiety. Keep making these hypnosis videos please. You are helping a lot of people:) 🙂

thanks michael for making these videos they really help me especially when I was going through some rough times just a couple of months ago.
