I've been having a real hard time getting any sleep lately. It's like my mind won't stop thinking and worrying about all the things that could happen in my life. In addition, anxiety hits me along with a feeling of loneliness. I hope one day to find a love that will melt these feelings away.

I've been having massive panic attacks for about a week now as an adverse reaction to a medicine. These videos have been a LIFESAVER. I particularly appreciate this one, it's very helpful in releasing my overthinking and it does brilliantly to help me feel tranquil. Words cannot describe how much I appreciate you and these videos. This has literally kept from me going to the hospital, that's how powerful these are.

I wish I could. Why did all this bad stuff happen. I don't understand. Help me God please. I'm so tired of all of it. There's too much evil in this world. Just want some good things to happen for everyone that deserves it.

I've been doing meditation for 3 years now after alcohol and prescription tablets abuse to the point i damaged my liver and pancreas.
I suffer bad anxiety issues and palpitations after quitting everything 2 years now.
Without meditation I'd never have done it.
Meditation is a fantastic way to get better from any issues life brings. Faith and meditation keeps me sober and me to enjoy my family again.
Do it 10 mins or longer each night tho just do it and you'll get through anything life brings

I’ve had insomnia for 14 years, with maybe a couple months accumulated break from it. I’ve tried everything that doesn’t involve strong pills, and almost nothing works. This did. Last night I was awake till 4am and finally got some sleep thanks to this. I’m so relieved and happy.

I have insomnia due to serious chronic pain, suffering for over 18 years.
I've been searching on youtube since January to find a meditation that can put me to sleep. I find most of them relax me but have yet to find one that I fall asleep listening to until now.
I am very pleased to report I was fast asleep before the video was over and got some much needed rest. Thank you!!

This is powerful. I came to the agreement with myself that I could eat ice cream if I was still up after this meditation. I tried my best to stay up, I was really craving ice cream. But still didn’t make it. Have a good sleep everyone ❤️

I listened to this last night, as I've been having trouble switching off from work, and I had the best nights sleep! At one point I was paralysed in bed just feeling so relaxed.

As an insomniac, I'm so grateful for this meditation. I fell asleep in 5 minutes while listening. It's like a miracle to me! Definetly going to come back to the practice. Thank you for your effort❤️

This meditation made me realize that it is possible for me to meditate, it just takes more time than everyone else I know.
