Hello everybody, I’m 73 and I walk 6 kilometres every morning, and 4 k in the afternoon.

I always had problems losing weight then a year ago I started walking 5 to 6 days a week & cut out sugar completely at first it was hard but I kept doing it & now I’ve lost a dress size, I am more energised & feel better within myself. On the days when it’s raining I walk for 30 mins inside my home.

I am 62 years old and walk and hike between 30 to 40 miles a week and sometimes more. I feel just as energetic and healthy as I did when I was in my early 30's. Iv'e been an avid walker all my life and plan to keep going. My favorite is doing hikes that are in the 20 mile range.

I do twice a day, 40 minutes each time. Never get a Cold or flu don't need vaccine any vaccine. Am 70. Very informative video. The more you can walk the better you live without medicine. Thank you for spreading this to the world! I do this all my life and thanks to my parents for raising me healthy.

Thank you...U always walk everyday since I got married 55 yrs.ago...I only stop after giving birth to my 5 nov.28, 2020 I had an operation....after 1 month I started walking again....yup 30 minutes pnly....back and forth....from the wet market...just a leisurely walk....thank you I came across your.video....

I'm 74 been walking over 20 yrs I'm also diabetic I'm 5_ 6 140 lbs my a1c is 5.1 walk 1 hr 6 days wk don't take any meds feel great

I walk about 2 hours every day plus do a 1-hour aqua fitness class 6 days a week. My 2-hour brisk walk usually covers about 7 miles. There are a lot of hills in the area I live in which makes my walks a little more challenging. I'm 77.

Walking does not improve varicose veins I walked an hour everyday an still had them but walking is the best excerise
