How To Lose Arm Fat - Home Workout

This short and effective home workout will help you to get rid of unwanted arm fat, using simple body-weight exercises you can perform anywhere... with no additional equipment necessary.

In order to achieve the best result you need to do this workout 4-5 times per week. You'll start seeing some result in 3-4 weeks when you start doing it.. and in 8-12 weeks your arms will get leaner and the result will be even better!

Please stick to the recommended tempo and don't rush ahead, especially in the beginning!

I started it from today. Up up down down was so tiring. But thank u. Feeling so good after doing these exercises. Currently am so sweaty. Thank u roberta mam. Keep going

I love how it says how many of the exercise you should do instead of just a timer. Bc someone maybe do 30 pushups in 30 seconds and someone does 5. That is one of many easing that I love Roberta’s gym!😊

Tried it for the first time. Up up down down is so damn difficult. But I'm slowly trying. Hope I'll be able to do it with ease few days later. My arms are on fire right now lol. I'm loving this workout. My 10 day challenge will get over tomorrow. I'm doing this workout along with it. I'm really loving your videos Roberta. I used to workout before also but I was not regular. Hi Roberta..!! Just saw your channel yesterday..!! Tried this one. It seems easy but trust me it's not. I managed to do till plank jack only. Want to lose weight and found a buddy with whom I can do exercise. Tomorrow going to start your 30 days challenge to lose weight. lots of love and thank you for motivation my home gym buddy..!!

I’m gonna try and do this for about a month! Like to remind me!
Before; Left Arm: 13.5 inches
Right Arm: 13.5-14 inches
Day 1✅: KInDa embarrassing to admit that this was a hard workout since I literally play two sports, but it’s ok cause it’s quarantine ;)
Day 2✅: A bit easier than yesterday but my arms are still so sore 😭
Day 3✅: Arms still hurts, those up, up, down, down’s always kill me!!

Girl! This up up down down kills me. I can only do till 6 and not fully 8. Though today is the starting date for this workout. Hopefully I will do it better.
