I love a good steak. I eat meat all the time. Need the complete proteins. Incomplete proteins just don't work for me. My metabolism is far to fast and I need a good saturation of wide range resources for it. Carbs are right behind it. Genetics. Vegetables take too long to digest and too low on nutrients, and most of them I have allergies to. Root veg, they are out. GMO, thats out. Spice, thats way out to keep my illness away. No tree nuts. Been fit as a fiddle with zero health issues when I keep the food regiment precise. Off all my stomach medicines, and the diseases are kept at bay with nearly zero recurance unless I forget to check a label on something. Maintaining a 99% rate of recovery. Bring on the meats. There may be a lot of ingredients I have to swap out, or ignore, but food really took on new flavors without them. Quite magical.
