Looks great but my tip is to make your sauce in the same pan, while the steak is resting. All the juice from cooking the meat belongs in the sauce! And the timing is ideal anyway:)

This is my favorite thing to have for dinner from my mom and we literally made some tonight for the first time in awhile. I was sad to have it with chicken and rice and green beans for a healthier version, but both are gold.
I tell everyone to try it it's much better than just sauteed onions and and mushrooms.
I used to drink the sauce and lick the pan clean as a kid. (I still do sometimes haha)
