This is so true. ‘Blood in the water against sharks’ what a great analogy. Loneliness, isolation and poor self esteem I feel are huge factors. Recently I started to truly value myself and the ‘players’ etc disappeared.

I’m working with a counsellor who is getting me to see my true worth.. a beautiful, gifted and caring lady.
