This is just a poem I wrote:

People say be yourself
Show us who you are
I take all the books from the bookshelf
Show them my scars
They cringe
They ignore my feelings
I'm told to be not so weak
For after listening my words
I look like a freak
So I take it all in
Bottle up my emotions
But the pressure of these feelings
Grows too strong
And the walls of my heart
Starts to break
But all I do
Is read the jokes made on my pain
I try to laugh
But I cannot
For I have forgotten to feel
To feel anything
And all this becomes too much
And I cry
Then people ask me why I cried
But I don't tell them
For I have learnt that
I'm supposed to suffer
